By accessing or using Scanifier's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Scanifier provides autonomous penetration testing and offensive security services. Our platform performs authorized security assessments on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating any scan or test.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are set up through our sales team and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scanifier to test systems without authorization, engage in any illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer our platform, or resell access to our services without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Scanifier platform are owned by Scanifier Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Scan results and reports generated for your account are licensed to you for internal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scanifier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
